If I were to use the lockout feature on my revs, whilst on jumps, 4x etc, would the impacts damage theforks?

I don't know for sure but my MC seal blew when looked out and I took a 2ft odd drop, may or maynot have been the cause?

I asked this before and the general consensus was that you shouldn't do it as it'll damage the motion control assembly?
