Sent my 3 year old Hope HID off to them last thursday as the 3 pin connector was broken along with the short connector lead. Repaired light and replacement lead waiting on my desk at work this morning ready fro tomorrow nights weekly night ride. Thanks Hope!!

same here, repaired my brakes in a day, for free, and put new pads in. that's why you buy hope.
