So having been a "victim " they kindly gave me £30 off .So trying to buy a cassette and thinking wise move to use Paypal .But for some reason order won't process through Paypal but there is nothing wrong with my Paypal account ! Ho hum ! Seems i'm going to have to get on the blower to them tomorrow . 👿

Are you trying to process the discount via their mobile site, or normal. I ask because the mobile site wouldn't process discount for me, whereas the normal site would.
they've had problems with paypal on mobile I think.
Can you log into paypal if you don't go via CRC?
Is your paypal still linked to you old credit card and not the new one?

chameleon78 - did you tell them you'd had a problem? I'm not sure if they gave vouchers to anyone who made a card payment during the affected period or if you needed to have been a victim. Email them, you never know.
