Urgh. Geared bike still at St Cooksons Infirmary.

I shall therefore be found dying on my arse on the singlespeed on the back of a week of cream teas and Peronis.

Are you joining us Pete?

Not seen you in ages and I am beginning to suspect that you are the product of a bored server somewhere in an air conditioned bunker near Slough, like the H.O.R.A. which is an underused Soviet submarine tracker from the late 70s.

I can make this one ๐Ÿ˜€

Due to loads of my students being on holiday, I'm actually finishing work at a sensible time.

Is there only one Church Inn in Prestwich ? Coming from Bolton so A666 then M60 J 17

Thanks

Been working mate, new job.
And truth be told been a bit fed up and not wanting to ride too much.
Which is daft 'cos the cure is often to go for a ride!

However, we've both got Monday evening off, so we'll be there.

Will try and get down there.

Have got the ironman tomorrow so may be a little tired on Monday night. Spectating can be quite hard work ๐Ÿ˜€

May have one or two with me as well. Looking forward to sampling a few brown drinks in you local hostelry!

PS I was hallz - now i'm wittonweavers... People thought i was boring on the last ride so i have reinvented myself!

Unfortunately I can't make it tonight now chaps. Something work related and grown-up has popped up instead. I shall spend the evening being bitterly resentful instead

Who is having it then? The forecast is for the rain to have stopped by early evening.

I'm aiming for next week. I've finished my bike but rode both days this weekend and basically my legs aren't working much today. I'll need to borrow lights though ๐Ÿ™‚

Not sure if we're going to be able to make it either.

Finished a 24 hour shift this morning and can barely keep my eyes open.
I'll have a kip for an hour and see how I feel.

Sorry lads but I'm gonna have to miss tonight, I've felt rubbish all day, thought I'd be OK after a meal but still feel tired and I bit sick.

I don't wanna push it so going have to miss tonight but will aim for next week.

It's annoyed me as I'm rarely under the weather and I'd looked forward to a rare night out because I don't get many wit my job ๐Ÿ™

Not coming, way too tired for driving & Sue doesn't fancy playing out in the dark.

Have booked the whole of next Monday off, just to prove I'm still alive.

Loved it tonight - bish bash bosh, found out that the wooden monument is actually a pert arse (Thought it was some modern art thing), I gave it a slap and didn't come off which was delightful.

Hooraahhh- see you next Monday. Thanks to Harry The Spider for leading the way!
