I'm lurgyied so unfortunately I'm out. It's looking nice out there. And I'd say it's now shorts weather...

Not that I'm coming, but have you ever seen me in long troos? Pedal harder, dammit!

I was out on Saturday in shorts and it was fine - just wondered whether the temperature was likely to drop much this evening...

My trip to the shed would suggest that it is going to be chuffing cold.

Already in the area and it's a little parky. Clear skies makes for star spotting on the tops later. No I don't mean you Craig.

Big thanks to Gaz and Steve for leading us round tonight...

Good ride that - although it has to be said that it was a hilly one! Made up for it on the downhill though - awesome descent!

Thanks to Chipps too for buying me a beer! I had a feeling i had forgotten something and i was right.

Shame about Gaz's car though...

What happened to gaz's car?

Bloody brilliant ride that. Probably the best downhill I've done yet on a MNPR. Not as much climbing as I'd expected though. Maybe we should go to the top next time?

Top ride last night apart from that massive hill that got it he way.
The 3 down hill sections were scary fast

I hope Gaz got the fire out in the end.

What happened? Do you need more zip-ties?

Definitely cursed that night.

Seatclamp bolt sheared off when I tried to undo it just after the first down. After messing around with zip ties, we gaffer taped the seatpost in place, meaning I could put some of my weight on it for the enormous climbs that came next.

I then pinch flatted on the very last few metres of trail.

Really, really excellent descents though 😀
