Is it possible to mod a Dura ace 10 SPD tear mech to accept a 32 tooth cassette?. If anyone has done this can you let me know how.

lindarets roadlink will let the mech accommodate the big cog (even assuming it can't already) but the cage/springs will only still have the original capacity so a short cage might struggle depending on your chainrings and how you use the gears.
look up the max capacity for your mech & cage length and see
