My bike came with the tyres set up tubeless. I will need to top up the sealant soon but do not know what has bee used. Is it OK to mix sealants from different manufacturers - i have Stan's regular sealant

Thanks

Not sure about recommendations, but I do it all the time and haven't died yet.

Me too, but my valves do clog more than they used to.

Thinking of going back to Stans only.

I think some you can and some you can’t.

But I can’t remember which.

Latex and non-latex types I think. Maybe.

Not sure that was helpful.

I have a mix of stans/OKO tractor sealant/water and it's working fine.

I mixed some and it went solid. Stans and slime

I've been using the OKO tractor stuff in my road and CX bikes recently, not sure if it's the volume or the different tyres but it seems to thicken up and just form clumps of the fibre rather than slosh. Also seems to really struggle with porous tyres.

Might try mixing it with art latex and see if that improves it.

Can anyone remember why the sealant should/shouldn't be used with ammonia?
