i ordered some stuff from chain reaction, came late and was road stuff for a guy in australia
no use to me.....
rang them up and they want me to post it back, at my expense!(they would credit me later). they are sending out the right stuff and sent a goodwill voucher for a fiver.
i anticipate a whole bike coming next and i will keep quiet..
anyone had this before?
it wasn't hope pro3 hubs and open pro rims by any chance was it??

i think for postage merlin is the best, range chain reaction, wiggle i dont bother anymore.
Online retailers always want the stuff back before they'll post out the correct stuff. A pain but with so much fraud going on, they have to be sceptical. If it was useful kit, a lot of people would keep it and shut up wouldn't they? EXACTLY! That's why they ask you to post the wrong stuff back first!
