Myself & a few mates are all booked on to do the Mega in July.
We're planning on travelling down in a minibus.
It will be setup to seat 6, with the rest of the room set for carrying bikes.
Having checked on the web it seems there's a load of regulations you have to comply with if it seats 9 or more.
We'll be set up for 6 seats, carrying 5 people including the driver.
Aside from the usual things to expect (insurance, warning triangle/bulbs etc.) is there anything else we need to sort before going?

Should have said - the minibus only seats 6 as some of the seats have been removed.
Under normal circumstances it can seat 9, so do the 9 seat rules apply or not?
