I don't seem to have much luck with pumps. I love the lezyne one other than for valves with removable cores as the screw head undoes them!

I had a zefal mini track pump type...but that fell apart mid duathlon yesterday.....so am after recommendations.

I'm not a fan of Lezyne. The valve core issue (which I've personally experienced myself several times) could easily leave you stranded when an essential component is blasted into the bushes at high velocity. I've also had other issues like the alloy corroding, fusing the hose inside the body, which required molegrips to remove. I have more faith in a £4.99 Aldi pump.

Depends what you're looking for. Topeak Road/Mountain Morph are great but bulky (although I heard new models are not so good?)

I bought a Birzman Velocity Apogee MTB on the recommendation of a friend who won't settle for poorly manufactured products! It's superb, has a very clever method of valve interfacing, and just works beautifully. Highly recommend it.

I'm also looking for something similar. The barbieri visonair looks promising but I can't seem to find a UK supplier.
