A mate has offered me his old Middleburn cranks for bobbins. They take a square tapered BB. Any recommendations for a BB that is reliable and well sealed? I will be single speeding my Swift for winter use so it is going to be dragged through mud and filth etc with minimal tlc.

UN 53 lasts years on my off road commuter and cheap.. The only downside is weight
