I’ve just lost a load as apparently if you don’t carry on spending then you lose them! They’re not on my Christmas card list anymore..

@weeksy it must be big spenders they’re after, my meagre loyalty points have gone. Perhaps the clue is in “loyalty points” and they know that I’m not!!
