Just putting a new one together for the Mrs and I was gonna re-use my Marzocchi XC700s. These have travel-adjust, so what sort of maximum should I be looking at? It'll not be doing any drops etc (LOL)

130 is the recommended, but i asked Brant when i ordered mine and he seemed to think that 140 vanillas would be ok.
although that was based on me singlespeeding and being stood on climbs, it might be a bit wandery otherwise.

I found 100mm too low. So I would say 130mm would be a good bet.

tbh i had to wind my forks down for steep climbs as the front end would wander a bit!! wound down to 100mm and they were fine

I've had 115, 130 and 140 on my 'Breds

115 is quick steering, climbs brilliantly, but I wouldn't go any less personally
130 is perfect, IMO
140 (Which I have now) is only slightly wandery on climbs and perfect everywhere else.
