Does anyone know where I may be able to buy a 2007 rear mavic crossmax st axle?

You could mail/ring CRC (next year :-)) to ask,they do some spares for Mavic,or they may know where you can get one from.

Any LBS that is a Mavic dealer should be able to order you one in.
I know of two in the Bristol area if that is any help?
