I was looking at the mavic crossmax shoes. Any experience with them. ? Also is the sizing what you would expect ? Thanks
I have the Mavic Alpine XL and they are superb, I know the crossmax is a little different. Lots of great details and quality build. Sizing wise they are pretty spot on, I'm an 11 and they are a good fit.
I've got shoes from Shimano and Specialized as well and the Mavics are as good if not better.
I also have the Alpine XLs but found them very small. I'm a size 9 but the 44.7 fits me perfectly. Sorry, not sure if the Crossmax are the same. The Alpines are so good, I've ordered a second pair.
Just ordered some Alpine XL's, well re-ordered as I originally ordered the wrong size by not paying attention 😳
Young rob i'm a size 9 and they recommend a 43.3 bugger looks like these ones might be going back 🙁
I think you'll find the 43.3 a bit small and they don't really loosen up with wear.
