Does anyone have one of these that they want to sell?
I was very kindly sent the bolts by someone on here (sorry, but I've forgotten his name!), but I've now received the forks which I bought second hand, and realised that I need the sleeves as well.

Ah, did they?! I haven't seen them yet (my housemate picked them up from the post office for me and told me there were "2 bolts").

The sleeves are on the bolts and taped over so he's probably not noticed as they are together
