Just got a Kona Five-0, which has 55r's up front. Not sure about the fitting of the QR axle as the manual says turn until you hear a click but when i turn there is no click but it does go tight. The little hook is engaging and stopping the axle coming out but would like to know if ime right before i go A over T!
Thanks.

I had a 2009 model, well two pairs, and if i remember correctly you just do it up tight and you should get a small amount of resistance then it will click around a fraction more. It is a failsafe method so you cannot overdo the axle as they do snap inside which while making it hard to function still does not make the axle throw away, you try to get one !!! I wouldnt worry so long as you do it up hand tight it should be fine.

+1: you have to turn it hard to get the click, It's a primitive ratchet/clutch to limit forces. Only made mine click once when I first got it. A better question would be how to repair the rebound damper when it fails which it will. Home brew fixes on net involve drilling hole in the cart and turning it into effectively an open bath damper.
