Gutted, I didn't know he was coming to Buxton. My mum is a very regular attendee of the Opera House and is usually very good at giving me a heads up on anything she thinks would interest me. Must have words with mother.

I’ve got two tickets going spare if anyone wanted them? I’d stupidly forgotten about it and made other plans.
Definitely would have gone to this if I'd known before. A great drive over to Buxton and feels like a time wharp visiting the Opera House, building and staff 😁
One thing I don't miss are the seats, so uncomfortable! We went to see Ken Dodd there a few years ago and after 4 hours I was in agony 😂
