Looks very Maestro! The chainstay is lower and the shock is mounted between the seat/down tube instead of integrated into it but that's quite a subtle difference.
They want the back end to be more active!? I have an Attack Trail 140, if anything the rear could be calmed somewhat. They talk about the rearward axle path before arcing, maybe this is the only real difference?
Many bikes appear to be wearing this seat-tube mounted pivot style linkage. Didn't a few companies borrow Spesh's FSR too?
Shame, Marin used to do things a little differently, but this apprears to complete their transformation to an "also ran".

I think we're starting to converge on what the "best" (always a subjective term) suspension design looks like. I was out at the weekend and to a laymans eyes Maestro, DW-link, VPP all look quite simmilar now. This just adds to that list.
