I'm looking for a website to enter the from and to post codes, in hope it spits me out directions for riding that route. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Cheers.

I've planned the route on google map's but it only gives you by car or foot or is there a bike option. . . ?

Ah well - you didn't mention that in your original post.
Bikeroutetoaster gives directions by bike (using OSM), but doesn't allow postcode entry.
