Should the crown of these forks not be the same colour as the lowers ? I may of located a bargain but am suspicious that all is not right as the crown appears to be the same colour as the stanchions in this photo. 😕

Looks fine - like the older minutes. Probably old stock. A tower is just a 29er minute anyway isn't it?

Having searched around I think it looks like an older [url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/manitou-minute-29er-air-crown-steerer/rp-prod36304 ] Manitou Minute upper assembly[/url] with 2013 Tower lowers. They are described as new £250 ono but I've been unable to find any other Towers that do not have matching crown and lower colours.
Probably better off asking the German seller I guess.
