[Closed] Mallet DH servicing

Just trying to service my Mallet DH's - they're the older ones with the needle bearing instead of the plastic bushing. Said needle bearing disintegrated and the inner race is stuck in the pedal body. 🙁

Any tips on any way of getting it out? Got a blind bearing puller which doesnt grip and just pops out after a few pulls (even with tape wrapped around). Tried WD40, dot fluid, boiling water but no dice. It seems to be getting purchase on the race is the issue. Dremel seems the next option but I am considering cutting my losses with a new set.
