Forks been away for a week now, left 2 messages, not heard a thing, any one know what's going on?

They really are crap at answering the phone. I resorted to just turning up there as they are only 10 mins from work. It seems to be a one man band setup.

Unusual as my experience with the customer service for Magura in the UK has always been good.
