Anyone tried servicing Magura Durin forks?
The manual says service dealer only due to high pressures... are they nitrogen charged like TALAS forks or something?
I don't want to take them apart without a few instructions if possible.
If it's anything like Wotans, you can do a basic service yourself - remove the lowers, clean them, grease the foam washers and squirt in about 20cc of 20wt oil in each leg on assembly. The amounts will neeed to be checked, though.
A full service would have to be done by Magura UK.
The website shows 2 service videos.

The first is a regular lube service, the second is a major service - and (who says the germans have no sense of humour) shows how to pack up the fork and post it.
Do a search someone posted Magura full service manuals on pdf and oil volumes here the other day.
Here you go

Thanks guys, just what I was after. I think they are going to need a little more than the basic service ๐
The lube service in the video is easy enough, it must be because I've done it twice on my Durins.
I've also done the major service (i.e. packed it up and sent it off to the UK service centre) ๐

Anyone got a guide to service Wotans?
Can you get spares online anywhere? Bushings etc as mine have developed a bit of forward/backward wobble!
I got a set of seals and foam rings from Moonglu in Ripon for my Thors. No probs replacing them

ir_bandito how did you replace the wiper seals as the instructions show that a special tool is needed, any tips?
They levered out dead easily with a flat screwdriver.
I popped the replacements in using an old Marzocchi seal replacement drift I have.

It doesn't seem to be an excessivly tight fit to push them into, you could possibly do it very carefully using a suiable size socket.
Thanks ir_bandito. Not sure if I need to change the wipers yet but looks like I can if needed with your top tip!
