I'm stiff as a board today ๐ฏ
went out yesterday when I wasn't feeling good, thought I'd ride through it
after a few sweats and feeling sick, I actually felt better after the ride
last night and today though I'm so sore, I can hardly move, everything is aching and I feel weak as a kitten
anything I can do to feel better?, I don't want to be feeling like this tomorrow

DOMS.
delayed onset muscle soreness.
recovery drinks straight after exercise help alleviate this. 3 pints in the pub after doesn't (well it does but the effects are short term)
Vitamin C , sauna/plunge combo, some protein food and some low level activity (walk, gentle swim or such like) Don't be tempted to do absolutley nothing.
Next time take a protein bar and recovery drink within 20 mins of finishing and stretch to cool down.
