[Closed] M7 Left handed thread nut? (For DMR V12)

Right, so somehow managed to strip the axle nut in my V12s. Obviously it's the right hand one, with M7 left handed thread.

Called DMR, who can order me in a £25 service kit but to be honest, I'd be better off buying some Wellgos or Superstar Nanos.

Plan B is to buy a LH tap and try to rethread an M6 nut (going to cost about £12 for the tap, but if it works then I have a lifetime supply!).

There is a source from a German RC car site, but shipping is about £7.50 and they look really crap.

There has to be an easier way??? Anyone else had the same problem and managed to find a source?

Carry a massive stock of nut and bolts, a really good old fashioned type of place. Rang up a few years ago looking for a 1" left hand whitworth nut. "Yeah got them how many do you need" was the reply. Not many places stocking that sort of stuff.

Rethreading an M6 nut won't work, the pitch will (probably) be different.

The pitch will be pretty irrelevant once you drill a 6mm hole through it 😉

I've gone and rounded the RH access nut, any ideas for a replacement?
