[Closed] M & S insurance, Good service.

Had a ridge tile come flying off the other night so I got a quote off a local roofer for a full re-bed as I reckoned if one came off the others must be dodgy (gaps in between each tile where the mortars gone)Phoned M&S, told them what I'd been quoted & the (very nice) lady says, 'thats fine we'll pay that into your account within about 5 working days' She didn't even want me to send the quote!
I could've said the whole roof had blown off & had a new car & holiday out of them!
(except that would've been classed as deception) 😐

I did tell her that only one had come off as well.
