ive repaired plenty of these before but i have one thats loose in my frame with the cage still attached so i cannot get the setting tool on to fix it !
normally youd pull on the cage to pull the rivinut into contact with the frame and hope it came loose .... that has not worked ....
any other ideas ?

oh and im thinking ill drill the head off , remove the cage and try 2 pairs of pliers !
