So 10 UTB was a bit of a cramp-fest. How do I stop it for 24hrs of exposure this coming weekend? Tried real food (which worked for Relentless) could it be that I was pushing, being in a pair as opposed to bimbling as a solo?

And will my lbs be able to sort my forks by Friday?
(Look out TBC here comes a slightly worried rush order).

hydrate properly, not forgetting salts.

go rigid. no silly bouncy fork worries.

and i have a set or rigids just in case, oh i've also got fs just in case in case.
