I'm looking to buy a new bike soon. Any thoughts on these? Ideally I'm hoping to go and take a look tomorrow, but does anyone have any opinions on these or experience of any of them?
I'm inclined to think the Specialized looks like good value, but any input would be appreciated as I'm a relative noob to mountain biking.

I'd be going with the Cube for the money, decent front and rear mechs, shimano brakes and shimano wheels.
A good overall base to start with.
So, the Cube was out of stock, with no more to come cos it's the 2014 bike, the Spesh and the 2015 Kona were both lower spec and/or less suitable for what I want, so I ended up with the 2014 Orange Clockwork. £160 off list price and, after a gentle trundle around, I'm sure I'm going to love it. I can already see what people mean when they talk about 29ers rolling faster. I reckon I'm going to have fun on this.
