I'm looking at ways of lifting the front of my old P7 and relaxing the angles a bit - can anyone recommend long rigid forks - got OnOne rigids at moment? Please try and keep it cheap as its for my winter hack bike.

Other (possible stupid) ideas I was considering
- Running a spacer between the current forks and bottom headset race but think its a recipe for disaster...
- Runnign a 29er forks with a 26 inch wheel...

The Orange F8 is 450mm tall, is that tall enough? I've 420mm On-One Superlights on my hack bike and I think that they're meant to equate to an 80mm fork with sag. 440mm is closer to a 100mm sus. fork.

I've no experience of the F8 but I'd imagine that it'd be a good pairing with the P7, isn't it the fork Orange used to supply with the rigid P7 builds?

I've some onone equiverlent 130mm / 29er carbon forks, was running on a 26" wheel, lots of rake whatever that means.

Open to offers, might even consider a swap.

Keep the same forks but put a 29 inch wheel in there, i tried it with my Inbred last year and it rode fine
