i've recently been looking for some replacment forks for my 05 Vanilla-R on my marin Rocky ridge.
after having a play with some new forks like the talas and pike's i've decided to keep the Vanilla's as i feel to realy see improvement i'd be looking at Lyriks and even those are a bit too hefty.
So the one thing i recon i would like is Lockout, I asked my LBS if it's possibe to retrofit LO to 05-R forx and they say yea, just a case of replacing the damper with one from a (RL) but that the'd like £100 for doing so.
Can enyone point me in the direction to aquire the part my self, confirm the parts i'd need and also a referece website with pictures would be nice?
