the other day some scroat nicked my quick releases off the bike I leave at the station. Weirdly they didn't take the wheels, just the bottle cage, and QRs. So I wheeled her home and today used the wifes bike which is the wrong size and not something for doing miles. I'll use it for next week or so but want to replace the QR's with something more secure. Years back there used to be QRs that had a removable lever, hence making them more secure. Does anybody have any more modern day recommendations? nothing with a hex/allen key please as clearly they removed the bottle cage with one of those. 🙁
oh, and yes, I know that nothing will be 100% security but anything that deters and adds delay to put scumbags off will be better.
