Good luck - have you tried asking direct or on their SM pages? I guess people will be dropping out now if they are injured or think they won't be ready.
More importantly, unless you live nearby, you may struggle to get accomodation. 6,000 riders and their hangers on take up a lot of space, and restaurant bookings!
Amazing event though, loved it last year.
We’ve got accommodation sorted as I’m going along with others that are doing it anyway.
If I can’t get a ticket I’ll be on dog walking duty instead.

They might have a wait list perhaps.
The macaroni pies at the feedstops and the Dream Rings at the end are amazing.
The hill in the middle is amazing, but not in a good way
