Anyone know any single track local to Whitstable/Herne Bay. Currently I'm heading to Bedgebury which is not really doable if you only have a couple of hours. Also looking for some like minded riders to go for the odd weekend morning ride (like minded in the sense of nothing massively serious on the fitness front - I have a 2yr old with corresponding dad-paunch etc). Look up Kent Trails on FB. They do a few rides per week including a regular Thurs night one from Kent Uni.
Loads of Singletrack in Clowes & Thornden woods, check out segment explorer on Strava. Woodland car park on Radfall Road is a good starting place.
Even more in the woods at Rough Common in Canterbury. Can link them all together if you want to do an epic!
There's lots of good singletrack around Thornden, Clowes and Blean woods. I'd happily show you round. I'm away this week but back next.

Plenty of trails around Blean,Dargate/Dunkirk,Clowes and Thornden.Check out kent-trails as mentioned earlier,they built some of them.Or look on strava.
I may tag along at some point if that's OK?
