Do Shimano make a 6 bolt 140 mm Ice Tech or Freeza rotor? I'm thinking for the back of my road steed.

That would be a no; they only do them in Centerlock flavor.

As others have said, they don't. I just run a 140mm Ashima Air Rotor. You're not meant to but I haven't died yet 🙂

As mentioned on the other 140 thread, Avid G3s are pretty nice.
