I have a little core remover, will liquid latex go it the tubes.

Yep, as long as the core comes out just pop the latex in the same way you would tubeless valves.

jra wheelmilk will dry up after a few months, im not sure how this will effect your tube. maybe just weigh it down a bit after a year or so?
