[#9716979]

My parents just bought a pair of Trek Powerfly's to destroy the countryside and decimate the baby robin population of South Derbyshire with.

I know the usual dynamo powered suspects do lights which can be wired into the Bosch system, but does anyone know of anything cheaper? Solarstorm/nitefighter/magicshine sort of money (i.e <£10 for the head unit).

They don't need/want a billion lumens, just enough to get home and asked for some USB rechargeable lights, but I kinda think what's the point of having to charge them separately when you're already carrying a 500Wh battery.

Says it's compatible with 6V batteries, their e-bikes are 36V.

I've actually seen these recommended, although inevitably hugely overkill and blinding for other road users without a dim setting!

Not cheap, but probably good

their e-bikes are 36V

The light output of the Bosch system is 6V/12V, I think.

Somewhat related (Lupine lights are 6/12V):

PX Jobworth knock-offs of Moon Nebula for £10 each?

I use a Magicshine MJ900 and Moon Nebula as my main lights, with the Aldi version of these Moon Knock-offs https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/LIJOCANO/jobsworth-canopus-usb-rechargeable-light as secondary.
I've also got a front/rear set of https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/LIPHSOFL/phaart-strap-on-led-light that act as backups (although one time I had to use them as only lights as my ride over-ran by some time, I didn't die).
