...no - road bikes don't count!

Mine below - the only MTB in my shed now, just enjoying the simplicity. I've never done really gnarr(!) stuff so this set up suits me fine.

(I did a quick search and couldn't see a recent rigid bike thread).

very nice!

I reckon there's going to be a bit of crossover on the SS thread!

Here are my two rigid 90's singlespeed mtbs (one's pushing your no road bikes rule!)

Themuffinman, I'm pretty sure your tinbred was one of the inspirations for mine, as you kept posting pics on here 11 years ago!! So here's mine still going strong too!

Skinny tyres for an adventure race I did a short while back.

Semi fat Swift

[img] [/img]

Also use it with more conventional 29er rubber but I'm seriously considering selling those wheels as it's brilliant with the b+ ones.

Got to be the oldest here, abused but makes me smile when it gets muddy and slippy, hence mudguards. Also "Strap it on, holiday" bike. Fillet brazed.

I really like your Cotic otsdr - I still can't get use to the tiny front/large rear chainset/cassette setup nowadays. I'm used to a big-ring!

Deev - you seem have suspension on that GT!

Themuffinman, I'm pretty sure your tinbred was one of the inspirations for mine, as you kept posting pics on here 11 years ago!!

Yep - a lot of bikes have gone through the shed in that time. But the Tinbred remains.

Here's mine. I've not had a bike with suspension for about 4 years now.

1x1 - Now has Mary Bars and Schwalbe Big Apples for commuting duty

KM - Currently 1x9 with Smorgasbord / Chunky Monkey combo

Almost all of my bikes are rigid, but several fall into that kinda broad gentleman's-day-bike / dirt-road-sport-tourer / gravel /monstercross genre (so look a bit 'road' I guess).

Here's my Swift from earlier this week, as this is probably the most MTB-like bike I own.

Rubbish picture, great bike.

loving all the Jones! I'd love to join the club, but the Inbred is more in my price range just now. That said, all the Hope kit wasn't cheap...

Jameso, I love that graffiti! Sums up a lot of the appeal of long distance riding.

The lower the lows, the higher the highs.

Where was it?

Don't think I've seen a carbon rigid bike yet.

Starting to think my C456 Evo is one of a kind.

I've always been slightly envious of this bike, by far one of the best looking I've seen for a long time

Universally loathed by everyone, I alternate between love and hate depending on the hammering I'm getting from the trail at that time.

My only MTB, managed to get 4th at Big Dog on it. Keep on debating whether to give my hands a rest and get some suspension.

I wouldn't be too evious if I were you.
The handling is, well kind of [s]dangerous[/s]interesting. 😉

That was his third and last attempt to build me a frame.
I think the first two are in a bin somewhere...
