my claud butler urban 200 Hybrid ( 31lb), got to the finish line at the wiggle white peaks ( 60 miles) ahead of a fair few road bikes 😉
bikes a bike, its all about the rider ( road bike party 2.....)

I had a cube hybrid for a short time, it was an absolute pig, heavy, slow, not terribly comfortable, flogged it very soon after buying it, just didn't excite me, ever, too much of a compromise in every aspect.
