[Closed] Late September Non Technical XC Holiday Ideas?

[#6325272]

Planning a trip in late September with the Girlfriend. I'm struggling to find anything suitable. The riding can't be overly technical for my girlfriend (trail centre red technicality or thereabouts) but entertaining enough for me. I don't mind self guided if I can figure out trail grades roughly.

Considered so far

Andalucia - Too technical[/*]

Morocco - Similar to above, too technical?[/*]

BasqueMTB.com - No Space[/*]

Riviera/Finale Ligure - Not sure how technical?[/*]

Slovenia - Bit of a unknown[/*]

Les Vosges - Bit of a unknown[/*]

Montenegro with keadventure - Possibly a little dull?[/*]
Anyone able to give a better estimate of the technicality of some of the above?
Anyone got any other ideas?

Have a look at the Gerardmer tourist offices website for the Vosges. I'm sure they do a guide with lots of mtb routes.Been looking at it for some road stuff next year.

Rather than self-guiding and dismissing entire regions/countries as "too technical" I recommend you talk to some of these guiding companies and explain the level of riding you're after. They will all have easy fire roads, technical downhills and everything in between.

+1
We have plenty of the easier, less technical routes.
Based right on the beach with excellent apres-bike to enjoy.
