I don't know all the ins and outs of the story so can someone with more knowledge please tell me, has Lance Armstrong actually been caught cheating?

Trouble is, some people can apparently get caught and still get away with it. That's when you need witnesses.

I thought they only banned Salbutamol to try and stop Indurain winning. Its not even in the same league....
