They used to have "No Cycling" signs at both gates onto the dam. I noticed yesterday that they've been removed.
So it's either thanks to the Water Board for allowing riders to go across, or thanks to some local scroats for ripping them down.
Either way, it's good news for us riders ๐

I did that once at Llyn Briane and had a hell of a hard scramble to carry the bike back up... Ouch.
There's a lot of very specific law to dams and 'bunds' - as I found out when trying to route a race course to use the side of some earthworks for our flood alleviation. Basically, 'no' ๐
