Anyone know of any good ones? Preferably waterproof, definitely windproof. Will be used for xc riding using spds. Had a look at the likes of Shimano and Specialized and couldn't see any ladies specific ones.

I'm not sure you can get WSD winter boots but I've got the Shimano ones and they're a pretty good fit. I don't feel them slip off my heels and I often suffer with that. I went for the 39 - I'm usually a 5 - and they feel about right with two pairs of socks.
They're super expensive but with some merino wool socks pretty warm and waterproof and breathable too.
