Hi, I've been looking for some knee pads of late and can't seem to find any that'll fit my legs. Can anyone make any recommendations?
I've looked at the 661s that seem popular but their extra large ones come out about 2" narrow at the top and bottom.

Have you looked at the 661 Evo's - they are pretty stretchy as they are not neoprene

I've not had the chance to try any on as none of the LBS close by stock much in the way of armour.
Basically just above my knee the measurement is 21.5" and 18" below so the 18" top and 15" bottom measurements of the 661 would be a bit of a stretch for any of them.

I've already got knackered elbows and I've had a few knocks on the knees lately so am thinking I ought to protect them a little bit before they're shot too

My legs are 20" above and 16.5" below (at the points the knee pad straps are). I have XL 661 Evos and they're a bit on the big side as I don't have much velcro left by the time I've pulled the strap across (and I don't do them up tight) so I would say XL Evos should be fine. You can always send them back from online places if they don't fit.
