I think I had it (they certainly cut something out during the arthroscopy).
Seem to remember it took quite a while to get better, took up swimming in the mentime as soon as the incisions healed up, it was probably arround 3 months before I could ride a bike and even so it was a case of taking it really slowly, it flared up again after about 6 months and took another few months to go down again, si it really is important tnot to push your luck (spinning classes were my downfall).
