Hi Guys,
Just had my wheels fully serviced, new bearings etc...
However, once i mount the wheel in my Klein Attitude frame and tighten the skewer the freewheel locks up, effectively turning the bike into a fixed wheel. Someone at the shop mentioned that it may be something to do with the axle being too short, and that someone must have gone at it with a hammer, however i'm pretty sure there is no evidence of this...
Anyone got any ideas..?
I tried a 2mm spacer between axle and frame, but still no improvement.
It's an XTR 9 speed casssette, dt swiss skewer by the way

IIRC There's a spacer in a 240, behind the drive ring, which can get mangled and not sit right, it'll feel fine until you refit the wheel. I'd disassemble and double check everything.
