Anyone ever done this? 26" wheels and fork in the above? Might be getting somewhere with my warranty claim and kili flyer is the replacement in the mix, BB looks highish at 330mm but has anyone done it real life and everything? Did you die? If so what's it like on the other side?

Can't help, but that sounds low to me.

Is your 26in fork longer travel than the frame is usually specced with?

Yes, I did this when my Grapil snapped. Worked fine. Great bike too, a lot stiffer than the Grapil. Think i initially had a 140mm 26" fork/wheels, then a 130mm 27.5 fork and 26" wheels, then full 650b.

I didn't really notice the bigger wheels making any difference

Yeah, it'll have a 150 or 140 fork on it, should prop it up a bit. Will just bang the old stuff on then, happy days!
