Well done Trio.
131 finishers I think.
Wonder if there will be seperate results for SSers.
I agree, be nice to see who was SS.
Happy to have finished, happier to be 27th vet male. Now if I can just convince them to have a super vet category next year...
oi! they stole my result.
finished but i'm down as a dnf... have emailed in order to secure my share of the glory. not that i'll be troubling the podium or anything, just that i'd like to see my name in lights!
14th Vet Male for me in 11:29.
Pretty happy with that but I'm gunning for sub 10 hours next year - slicker feed stops would take a good chunk off my time, that lentil soup took a good half hour to drink ๐
Results updated. Category and overall results plus SSers identified
13th Open Male SS for me. Or DFL.
"You know miketually's a sponsored rider, yeah?"

On Sunday, Brad Wiggins got within 30 feet of me ๐
11th open male for me....... very happy with considering i prob had by far the heaviest bike there. Leading upto the start and seeing most people on trick lightweight rigs i thought my arse was gonna get trully caned............... then realised that most people couldn't descend quickly. Next year, lighter bike and (hopefully) top 5
Again, well done to those who competed and bigger well done to those who finished, was a tough day ( i think everyone agrees) but mostly it was tough mentally. I think it averaged out about 107 miles so if they lost that loop after the 2nd feed station ( the onewith the 2 deepest puddles in the history of deep puddles) then it would ride a bit better
Thanks lowey.
Lots of Singlespeeders I see!
