What are these called saw one today and it would be perfect for my kid

The wheels look exactly the same as the ones on my knock off radio flyer, not something I'd trust.
I'd really want to see one in the flesh up close before purchase.

Iv seen a couple in use today, they handle really well. And still small enough for the kids to bail
